Counter Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification. This counter notification must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  • A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found.

  • Your signature, either physical or electronic.

Response to Counter Notification

Upon receiving a valid counter notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not provide us with a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity within 10 business days, we may restore access to the material in question.
